By browsing, accessing, or enrolling in any training course, workshop, or campus program conducted by Lijoys Solutions ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should not access our services.

2. Scope of Services

Lijoys Solutions provides educational workshops, skill development bootcamps, corporate employability training, and career placement enablement. Specific course curricula, schedules, trainer assignments, and program modes (on-campus, virtual, or hybrid) may be tailored according to college or institutional partner requirements.

3. Student and Trainee Responsibilities

As an enrolled trainee or bootcamp participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and verifiable academic and contact credentials during enrollment.
• Maintain minimum 85% attendance during scheduled training modules to qualify for course completion certification and placement referrals.
• Adhere to professional decorum, respect fellow participants and trainers, and refrain from disruptive conduct during live training sessions.
• Complete assigned assessments, capstone projects, and mock interviews conscientiously.

4. Institutional and College Partnerships

Higher education institutions partnering with Lijoys Solutions agree to provide suitable classroom, audio-visual, or laboratory infrastructure for physical on-campus delivery. Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) executed between Lijoys Solutions and client institutions supersede standard web terms in the event of any specific contractual conflict.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All training modules, presentation slides, case studies, assessment question banks, proprietary frameworks, and course collateral provided by Lijoys Solutions are protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Trainees and partner colleges are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view the materials. Repackaging, recording, redistributing, or commercially reselling any Lijoys curriculum materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.

6. Placement Assistance Disclaimer

Lijoys Solutions provides comprehensive interview readiness training, resume refinement, company-specific mock interviews, and access to campus placement drives. While we maintain strong hiring relationships with leading corporate recruiters, we do not guarantee job offers or fixed salary figures. Final employment selections remain solely at the discretion of the recruiting enterprises based on individual candidate merit and performance.

7. Fee Schedules and Cancellations

Program tuition fees, corporate training retainers, or student batch costs are communicated in formal proposals or enrollment brochures. All fees must be settled according to agreed milestone schedules. In the event of program withdrawal prior to course commencement, refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with individual program cancellation guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lijoys Solutions, its founders, trainers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, training programs, or job placement services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Hubli-Dharwad, Karnataka.
